The Socrates Project began in 1998- 2001. The following schools were involved:

The title was "Our world is our village"
We communicated to each other by exchanging children’s work, games, photographs, videoletters, e-mail, etc. As the Project developed, strong friendships were formed. Together we have learnt to respect each other’s traditions and cultures that have helped our understanding as citizens of the world. This work reflects some of our learning. Das Sokrates Projekt begann im Jahr 1998 und endete im Jahr 2001. Folgende Schulen beteiligten sich:

Das Motto war "Unsere Welt ist unser Dorf--unsere Umgebung im Wechsel der Jahreszeiten".
Wir kommunizierten miteinander, indem wir Schülerarbeiten , Spiele , Fotos, Videoletters, E- mails und anderes austauschten. Das Projekt entwickelte eine enge Freundschaft. Gemeinsam haben wir gelernt die anderen Traditionen und Kulturen zu respektieren. Das half uns die Menschen aus den anderen Ländern zu verstehen. Dieses Werk zeigt das Ergebnis unserer Arbeit. Für weitere Informationen und Kontakte zum Projekt wurde eine Webseite und eine CD- Rom erstellt.
Die Einleitung wurde in die vier Sprachen. der beteiligten Länder übersetzt, um den Inhalt der Arbeit schneller bekannt werden zu lassen.

Abbiamo comunicato tra noi attraverso scambi di lavori dei bambini, giochi, foto, videolettere, e-mail, ecc. Durante lo sviluppo del progetto si sono create vere amicizie. Insieme abbiamo imparato a rispettare tradizioni e cultura degli uni e degli altri che ci hanno aiutato a diventare cittadini del mondo. Nous avons communiqué entre nous par échange de travaux d’enfants, de jeux, de photographies, de lettres-vidéo, de courriers électroniques etc. Au fur et à mesure que le Projet se développait, des liens d’amitiés de plus en plus fort apparaissaient. Ensemble nous avons appris à respecter les traditions et la culture de nos correspondants afin de devenir citoyens du monde. Ce œuvre reflète quelques uns de nos travaux.
